Blackberries and Blueberries is the latest addition, and a reliable provider of fruit goodness and vitamins.

THICKIES:

Thickies contain fresh bio yoghurt, real fruit, honey and absolutely nothing else.  And just like smoothies, they do you good as well as tasting good. 

The yoghurt used contains probiotic cultures that aid digestion, so there's no need to chew the cud. You also get real fruit and honey from our thickies - no fruit preparations, added sugar, preservatives or even nastier things. Best of all, thickies are very low in fat, so while they will always remain thick you can carry on being thin.
